2022on april 8, 2018, according to the company's training plan and combined with the recent major safety accidents that occurred in the surrounding areas, the company organized a safety knowledge training and emergency plan drill for all employees, mainly to convey the following purposes:
1、understand the dangers of fire and basic fire protection knowledge
2、understand fire equipment and their correct use
3、be familiar with fire evacuation techniques and emergency drills.
4、understand emergency plans for electric shock accidents and mechanical injury accidents

through one and a half hours of learning and interaction, and through each vivid case and video analysis, everyone had a deeper understanding of safety knowledge, and mastered firefighting skills and escape and self-rescue response plans through on-site practice.
this timethe evacuation drill lasted 1 minute and 11 seconds, which basically met the drill requirements. everyone could quickly and orderlyofduring the evacuation and evacuation, personnel in each department were counted quickly, and no one was injured or equipment was damaged. in particular, the team leaders worked together in a coordinated manner and their quick actions are worthy of praise.

during the electric shock emergency training, i gained a deeper understanding of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, including common knowledge such as the golden opportunity for rescue and how to call the police for help.

through training, we also gained a deeper understanding of mechanical operation essentials and safety knowledge. deepened our understanding of the "twelve rules" of mechanical injury prevention - (four must exist, four must not be repaired, and four should be discontinued).

this training makes everyone more comprehensive and three-dimensionalofunderstand fire safety, production safety, emergency first aid and other knowledge, improve safety awareness, and strengthen yourselfofprotective capabilities, master emergency response and escape skills, learn to put out fires and evacuate people and property in an orderly manner to ensure the safety of life and property.

through the emergency plan issued by the on-site commander and the rapid arrival of the fire emergency team, the feasibility and operability of our company's fire prevention plan were tested. team speedreflectthe capabilities have been improved, and the organizational, command and adaptability of each emergency team have been better trained, achieving the purpose of this fire drill. at the same time, the following deficiencies were also discovered through this exercise:
1.during evacuation drills, employees in some departments were not serious enough.gigblingundisciplined. compared with colleagues in the production area, people in the office area on the first floor have greater room for improvement in evacuation time;
2.during the practical training of fire extinguishers, some employees did not follow the training instructions and there werehavehe was in a hurry and did not keep a safe distance from the burning oil drum. he was looking for speed rather than stability, and he was looking for excitement and fun.

in response to the above issues, as the organizer and leader of the exercise,mustsummarize experience and draw lessons, and make each link more detailed in future training and practical operations. not only must we be fully prepared in terms of hardware such as the venue, training courseware, facilities and equipment in the early stage, but we must also do the following main tasks. the following work:
1.strengthen fire protection knowledge and production safety training and publicity for company employees, improve employees' safety awareness, and make every employee more comprehensiveofunderstand safety knowledge, avoid "three violations" and do "three no harms".
2.the heads of each department have signed a safety responsibility letter, strictly implemented the three-level training mechanism, implemented it in work and life, and checked frequently and studied diligently.
